Qualified Bookings:
New RFPs received by Meet Minneapolis after April 1, 2026, representing meetings or conventions with 3,000 or more total room nights. Groups must execute a Meet Minneapolis Letter of Commitment by December 21, 2026, to qualify.

All offers and qualifications are subject to change. Bookings must meet the criteria outlined above. This promotion applies to new bookings sourced through Meet Minneapolis. Funding for this program is provided by Meet Minneapolis and may include various grant sources. Additional incentives opportunities are available based on event parameters and destination demand. Availability is subject to change.
