Free Minneapolis Events Happening During the NCAA Women's Final Four
Be a part of all the basketball-themed action during Final Four Weekend. Minneapolis has many free events happening downtown and throughout the city, so checkout all the festivities and join the celebration for one of America's marquee women's sporting events.

Come celebrate women’s basketball and women’s advancement through excellence at Tourney Town.

1st Avenue in front of Target Center
Come join the party before the national semifinal game, Super Saturday Practice and championship game with the FREE Party on the Plaza event outside of Target Center. Celebrate the Women’s Final Four teams, listen to music, grab official merchandise, and enjoy a bite to eat while participating in various fan-friendly interactive games. On Sunday before the Championships, join the teams as they cross through Party on the Plaza for red-carpet arrivals.

Target Center
Watch the final two national championship participating teams during the week’s only open practice. This FREE public event takes place at Target Center on the Saturday of Women’s Final Four weekend. It’s an incredible opportunity to see the teams up close and to be in the venue hosting the final Championship game on Sunday!

The celebration of women’s basketball continues Saturday evening with Super Saturday Concert presented by AT&T at the Minneapolis Convention Center. This must-see event will feature live music, a celebration of women’s basketball and more! Grab your friends and family, head to Super Saturday Concert and enjoy the festivities with the rest of women's basketball nation.

This unique event takes place on the Sunday of the Women’s Final Four weekend. Thousands of youth (registered online) will be given their very own official NCAA basketball and event t-shirt! Participants will dribble a route around the Minneapolis Convention Center all the way into the entrance of the Tourney Town presented by Capital One.
BOUNCE ROUTE: Start Line: 2nd Ave. in front of the main entrance to the Minneapolis Convention Center. Finish Line: Tourney Town at the Minneapolis Convention Center

- 3D Bracket at the Minneapolis Convention Center Plaza: Follow along to see what teams are moving forward throughout the March Madness tournament at this fun photo opp! Take a photo with the bracket and the Minneapolis skyline backdrop.
- Title IX Celebration at Mall of America: As we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Title IX, the legislation that gave equal access for girls and women to education and athletics, MOA will host eight days (March 27-April 3) of basketball, sports, entertainment + fun! Events will be held in all court spaces, the Atrium and the Huntington® Bank Rotunda! It’s going to be an amazing celebration of women and sports, with fun and exciting activities throughout Mall of America®!
