2026 World Junior Hockey Championship

The International Hockey Federation World Junior Hockey Championship is coming to Minneapolis and St. Paul in 2026! Get ready to witness an epic 10-nation tournament with some of the best men's players under 20 years old in the world. Tickets aren't on sale yet, but we've got everything you need to start planning your trip to Minneapolis.

Twenty-nine games will take place December 26, 2025 - January 5, 2026 at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul and 3M Arena at Mariucci on the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis. The 2026 event marks the 50th anniversary of the IIHF World Junior Championship.
