Wasia Project
Sibling duo Olivia Hardy and Will Gao make music as Wasia Project, threading their classical training into indie pop, soulful electronics and cinematic piano-pop. Their breakout song “ur so pretty” reached a wider audience through the Netflix series Heartstopper, where Gao also plays Tao Xu. The duo’s debut album, Nocturne, expands beyond the intimate, piano-led sound of their early EP how can i pretend?, with songs including “2515” and “Whale Call.”
