The Who's Tommy

A child’s sudden withdrawal becomes the starting point for a rock opera about trauma, fame and an unlikely rise to hero status. In The Who’s Tommy, Tommy Walker’s extraordinary skill at pinball transforms him from an isolated boy into a public sensation. Pete Townshend’s music carries the story, including the enduring songs “Pinball Wizard,” “See Me, Feel Me” and “I’m Free.” This touring production brings the musical’s renewed Broadway staging to Minneapolis for its opening night.
