As autumn deepens and the natural world begins to let go, join Cultivate Consciousness Wellness Boutique in downtown Minneapolis for an afternoon of creativity, reflection, and community connection.

Inspired by our October theme, Release Before Winter: Letting Go with Intention, the Release & Renew Celebration invites you to consider what you’re ready to stop carrying into another season—and what you’d like to make room for instead.

The heart of the afternoon is a mixed-media Release & Renew make-and-take. Using natural wooden rounds, magazine words and images, dried herbs, crystal chips, paint markers, and other creative elements, you’ll create a completely personal piece representing what you’re releasing and what you intentionally want to carry forward.

No artistic experience is needed. Choose the words, images, colors, textures, and natural elements that speak to you and create something meaningful to take home. This is a wonderful experience for adults and families, too! The activity is perfect for older elementary-aged children, tweens, and teens when attending with a parent or guardian. Create side-by-side and make your own individual pieces while sharing a meaningful afternoon together.

We’ll also enjoy snacks, a fun group activity, reflection, and time to connect with community.
