More than a festival, this gathering celebrates the people and community spirit that have shaped Nicollet Island for generations. The Nicollet Island Cooperative is working to preserve 22 affordable homes in six historic properties through resident ownership, ensuring that the island's legacy of affordability, historic preservation, and inclusive community continues for generations to come.
