Minnesota Orchestra - Thorgy Thor & Thorchestra

The “Thorchestra” pairs drag performance with symphonic music, putting Thorgy Thor’s classical musicianship alongside the Minnesota Orchestra. A classically trained violinist, violist and cellist, Thor first reached a wider audience on RuPaul’s Drag Race and later returned for RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars. The orchestral show she developed with conductor Daniel Bartholomew-Poyser brings together her sharp comic presence and string-playing skills in a format that has appeared with orchestras across North America. The Minnesota Orchestra’s program for this performance has not been announced.
