MARIS
Montana-born, Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter MARIS pairs a powerful, versatile voice with bright, ’80s-inflected pop. She first reached a wider audience through Postmodern Jukebox, including a rendition of Dolly Parton’s “Jolene,” before developing her own sound on the Gravity EP and its accompanying short film. Recent songs such as “MOSH★PIT,” “Losing People” and “Missing Me” showcase her vivid, emotionally direct pop songwriting.
