Lizzy McAlpine with Sydney Ross Mitchell

The Over Country Tour brings Lizzy McAlpine and singer-songwriter Sydney Ross Mitchell together at the State Theatre. McAlpine’s intimate, vividly detailed songwriting reached a wider audience with “ceilings,” the Platinum-certified breakout from five seconds flat; her albums Older and Give Me a Minute further showcase her character-rich storytelling. Mitchell, a Lubbock-born, Nashville-honed songwriter, gained attention with “The Edge” and followed it with “Pornstar.”
