Bienvenidos! We are a cohort of Latino/a artists that share a spoken language but with diverse backgrounds and are part of a diaspora that has brought us to Minnesota; however, we are straddling two worlds, as it places us in both. While paying homage to our Latin roots we switch visual languages, processes and mediums, depicting the dual identity that now makes us Midwesterners. We work in clay, wood, paint, Cheetos, fabric, paper, metal, and found objects. We welcome your stories, questions, ideas, and mostly your support.
