BZ3 Organ Trio: Album Release Show
Minneapolis-based funk-soul-jazz powerhouse BZ3 Organ Trio is thrilled to announce the release of their highly anticipated second album, Note Salad. Here, the album features the synergistic talents of organist Brian Ziemniak, guitarist David Feily, and drummer Kevin Washington. Furthermore, the new record serves up a masterful blend of deep-pocket grooves, complex progressive-rock-tinged arrangements, and explosive jazz improvisation.
The album features Dr. Mambo’s Combo legendary vocalist Margaret Cox. There, she joins the band for an explosive run through of Aretha Franklin’s “Baby I Love You”. Additionally, Mint Condition’s Stokley Williams adds steel drum and percussion to the simmering groove of their original “Magic Carpet”.
