Almost Monday

San Diego trio almost monday broke through with “broken people,” then reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Alternative Airplay chart with “can’t slow down.” Singer Dawson Daugherty, guitarist Cole Clisby and bassist Luke Fabry grew up around the city’s surf and skate scene, a backdrop to their bright indie-pop sound. Their debut album, DIVE, arrived in 2024; the self-titled THANK GOD IT’S ALMOST MONDAY followed in 2026, marking a more reflective turn for the band.
