Farm Aid 40
The Festival
Farm Aid’s annual festival is an all-day celebration of music and family farmers featuring a unique lineup of artists and genres, along with family farm-identified, local and organic foods as part of the HOMEGROWN Concessions. It will take place Saturday, Sept. 20, at Huntington Bank Stadium on the University of Minnesota campus.

Farm Aid 40 will reunite family farmers and musician activists, with performances by Farm Aid board members Willie Nelson, Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts, Bob Dylan, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews (with Tim Reynolds), Margo Price, as well as Kenny Chesney, Billy Strings, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Trampled by Turtles, Wynonna Judd, Steve Earle, Waxahatchee, Eric Burton of Black Pumas, Jesse Welles, Madeline Edwards, and Wisdom Indian Dancers.

Pre-Festival Event
As part of Farm Aid 40, the national family farm advocacy organization is hosting a pre-festival event on Thursday, Sept. 18, at 8 p.m., at Fine Line in Minneapolis. Doors open at 7.
The event will honor the legacy of diverse artists and farmers and lift up their lasting influence on roots music, culture and community that inspires us all. The program will feature artist Rissi Palmer - this year’s Academy of Country Music “Lift Every Voice” Award recipient - with Michael B. Whit and Alyssia Dominguez. Farm Aid will also highlight images and stories of farmers from around the region.

Rideshare Services
Huntington Bank Stadium has two rideshare drop-off and pick-up locations. After the show, head to the pullout bay on westbound University Avenue, on the south side of the stadium. A second drop-off and pick-up area is by the fire station on Beacon Street between Oak and Ontario Streets.
METRO Bus Routes
Routes 2, 3, and 6 stop at or near Huntington Bank:
- Route 6 southbound (after the show, board at University & Oak St SE)
- Route 2 westbound (board at Oak St SE & Washington Ave)
- Route 2 eastbound (board at Oak St SE & University)
- Route 3A eastbound (board at Pleasant & Jones Hall)
- Route 3 westbound (board at Pleasant & Eddy Hall)

The Light Rail
The METRO Green Line connects downtown St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis. Access Huntington Bank Stadium by getting off at Stadium Village Station. After the show, board the Green Line going east or westbound.
Parking

Getting into the Stadium
Your ticket will suggest a gate to enter through that's closest to your seats. There are five gates, labeled A through E. Reference this Huntington Bank Stadium map to locate each gate.
Bag Policy
The Clear Bag Policy is in effect for this event. Only bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” will be permitted into the stadium.
- The bag must be fully transparent. A clear bag with a logo that does not exceed 4.5” x 3.4” will be permitted into the stadium.
- Small clutch bags that are 4.5" x 6.5" with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
Photography & Prohibited Items
Feel free to capture concert memories with your personal cell phone, but follow these guidelines when it comes to other cameras and devices:
- No professional or commercial cameras/photography equipment, video cameras, GoPros, audio recording devices, or tripods; no video or audio recording will be allowed (except personal cell phones)
- No cameras with detachable lenses
- No selfie sticks
- No drones
You can't bring any food, beverages, or illicit substance to the show, but feel free to bring in an empty, reusable plastic water bottle to fill inside the stadium. For a full list of prohibited items, visit the University of Minnesota's website.

Market at Malcolm Yards
This food hall in nearby Prospect Park offers some of the most diverse flavors around. Find award-winning Detroit-style pizza, a pasta bar, Peruvian dumplings, Korean-fried chicken, sushi, and more. There's also a full bar and a pour-your-own beer and wine wall.
Surly Beer Hall
Across the street from Malcolm Yards is this mega-brewery. Yes, they have great beer, but their food menu is also solid. Upstairs, you'll find thin-crusted pizza, and the beer hall meal features pub food. Order anything from tacos to perogies and burgers to salad bowls.
O'Shaughnessy Distilling Co.
Known for world-class whiskey, this distillery crafts outstanding cocktails perfect for sipping on their vibey couches. They have a great happy hour menu (4-6pm Tuesday-Friday). Get $9 cocktails, and snacks like mini-charcuterie boards, flatbreads, and dips for $13 or less.
Blue Door Pub
Craving a burger? Get a cheese-stuffed masterpiece at the Blue Door Pub. They've got several versions of the Jucy Lucy, which all come with blue cheese in the middle. Order tots and wings for the table, too.
