2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Gymnastics

This summer, Downtown Minneapolis transforms into Gymnastics City USA! Be part of the action by checking out the events and activities happening all week. From navigating the city to exploring our favorite spots and hangouts, we've put together everything you need to make the most out of your experience in Minneapolis.

On June 21-26, the Minneapolis Convention Center will be the site of the USA Gymnastics Championships, featuring rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, and trampoline & tumbling, followed by the USA Gymnastics for All National Championships & Gymfest on June 26-30 and the USAG National Congress and Trade Show on June 28-30. It all leads up to the four-day Olympic Trials, June 27-30 at Target Center, where fans will watch the country’s best artistic gymnasts - like Simone Biles, Suni Lee and Shane Wiskus - vie for a spot on the U.S. Olympic Team for the 2024 Paris Olympics!

Minneapolis will be the final stop on the journey to the Olympic Games Paris 2024 when it hosts the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Gymnastics!

2024 USA Gymnastics Championships

The USA Gymnastics Championships mark the culmination of the domestic season for three separate disciplines – Rhythmic, Trampoline & Tumbling, and Acrobatic – creating a high-energy environment featuring some of the best gymnasts in the world. U.S. Junior and Senior National Teams for each discipline will be named following the conclusion of competition, and performances will inform selection for the 2024 Olympic Games.

2024 Gymnastics For All National Championships & Gymfest

June 26-30, 2024
Minneapolis Convention Center

Gymnastics for All, also known as group gymnastics, includes competitive and non-competitive opportunities and features a division for gymnasts with special needs who compete as part of the HUGS Program (Hope Unites Gymnastics with Special Athletes). In total, nearly 500 athletes will participate across four fun-filled days of gymnastics.

Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis will be transformed into PROMENADE DU NORD – a “Parisian street fair” made up of local makers, performers, artists, vendors, outdoor cafes, food trucks and more.

1,000 gymnasts from around the world dancing to a mashup of Minnesota music along Nicollet Mall.

Performances celebrating international gymnastics, athletics and dance for all to enjoy.

Bringing a taste of Paris to Minneapolis, this Parisian-style flea market curated by Mich Berthiaume will feature dozens of local vendors.

The official fan fest of Gymnastics City USA, featuring activities, entertainment, music, gymnastics demonstrations, food & beverage, and more!

Located at Flip Zone, this three-day concert series will feature local artists, DJs and celebrity appearances, and other surprises.

Interactive fun for kids of all ages, including a free-fall experience, jumping through the air on bars and rings, parkour, climbing wall, trampolines and more.
