In this mindful running session, learn how to combine mindfulness with running and learn to run at your own pace. Whether you are a newbie or a seasoned meditator, this session will help you begin your weekend with a clear and centered mind. As a group, we will do a 5-minute meditation. With our minds refreshed, we will do a warmup routine to get our bodies ready for the run. Then I will share a few mindful running lessons for you to apply and we will do a very relaxed and easy 20 minute group run. I will guide you in how to monitor your breathing, rhythm, and stability for a great running experience.
