Join us each week for a 5k-ish course that starts and ends at a different local brewery! Weave through the surrounding area at whatever pace you like, no matter what there’s a beer waiting for you at the finish line! All participants receive a FREE craft brew from the brewery and get to take home a collectors pint glass or seasonal swag item from the Brewery Running live music, food offerings, local vendors, and fun giveaways.

All proceeds are donated to Operation Warm, a non-profit organization that provides warm winter coats for children in Minnesota. $8.11 to register. Kids run free!

A Breath of Hope Lung Run/Walk Twin Cities 2019

The A Breath of Hope Lung Run/Walk Twin Cities is one of the nation's largest lung cancer events raising more than $200,000 each year toward research and education. Patients and caregivers living with lung cancer will find a loving, nonjudgmental community of support while families who have endured a loss find comfort and healing. This 13th annual event is building momentum in the U.S. toward change. Join us to right a wrong, because LUNG CANCER SUCKS and an 18% survival rate is not OK.

Unlocking Hope 5k Walk/Run

Rebound Inc. is hosting our very first “Unlocking Hope” 5k Walk/Run in celebration of our 5-year anniversary. The race is open to the public and will take place at the North Mississippi Regional Park. All Proceeds from the 5k will go to the organization’s general operating costs. Our goal is to raise $50,000. This will help the organization on our path towards gaining stability and longevity, which will in turn create more resources for our youth and communities.
