WHAT: In Harley-Davidson Flat Track Racing, motorcycle racers compete against one another on an oval dirt track 3/8 of a mile and longer aboard twin-engine motorcycles at speeds reaching up to 100mph.

Racers hurl themselves sideways into turns where their handlebars are within inches of each other and often several riders abreast.
