WARM UP AT THE MINNESOTA ZOO DURING "ANIMALS, BOOKS, AND CHILDREN" (ABC) WEEKEND

Apple Valley, MINN January 16, 2015 Wondering where to bring the kids during the long holiday weekend? Warm up at the Minnesota Zoo during Animals, Books, and Children (ABC) Weekend, January 17-19.

Sponsored by Wells Fargo and Chuck & Dons Pet Food Outlet, ABC Weekend was designed to teach children the importance of animals and conservation through literature. The event offers children opportunities to see animals playing in snow, escape the cold during story time in The Beehive, make animal pop-up books, and meet zookeepers who will provide fun animal photo opportunities each day. Dont forget to stroll along the lush Tropics Trail, visit the Tropical Reef, and see an indoor bird demonstration while youre here!
