MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., March 16, 2015 -- Searching for a refined but relaxed Easter Sunday Brunch for your family this April 5? Mon Dieu, chef Vincent Francoual has the answer! Vincent A Restaurant has announced its annual 4-course Easter Brunch, served from 10:00 am 2:00 pm on April 5:
- A first course of Sweetbreads with Celery and Maple Syrup; Asparagus Soup with Wild Mushrooms; or Watermelon Salad with Mint and Hazelnuts.
- A second course of Poached Egg with Butternut Squash; Moroccan Vegetable Ragout; or Egg en Cocotte with Jambon Royale and Parmesan Truffle Sauce.
- A third course of Lake Superior White Fish with Bock Choy, Red Onion and Coconut; Roasted Leg of Lamb with Panisse Cake and Bell Pepper; or Free Form Lasagna with Cremini Mushrooms, Goat Cheese and Spinach.
- A dessert course of either Almond Panna Cotta with Poached Pear and Nougatine; Red Velvet Cake with Violet Ice Cream; or Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake with Strawberry-Blood Orange Jam.
Prix Fixe for the Easter Brunch at Vincents will be $35/person. Children can enjoy an Easter Kids Menu their choice of Croque Monsieur, Omelette, or Macaroni & Cheese for $12/person, with children 5 and under served free.
