Celebrate Mom and Treat Her to a Decadent, Regional Brunch

MINNEAPOLIS (April 6, 2015) She goes by many names - Mother, Mom, Mommy, Momma, Ma, Mum but no matter what you call her, she deserves to be celebrated! Thank mom for all she does and treat her to a decadent, regional brunch at FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar this Mothers Day on Sunday, May 10.

In addition to its brunch menu, FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Downtown is offering a special Mothers Day Brunch menu, which features Cream of Asparagus Soup topped with crème fraiche and chive blossoms ($6); Rotisserie Leg of Lamb served with soft polenta, sautéed spinach, and oven roasted cherry tomatoes ($22); and Strawberry Shortcake topped with a vanilla infused whipped cream and rhubarb curd ($7). The Mothers Day Brunch menu can be ordered a la carte or as a three course meal, which includes a glass of Prosecco ($33).

FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Mall of America will be offering regional features to celebrate Mom. Features include Shrimp & Spinach Omelet ($13) with rock shrimp, spinach fondue, and a tomato basil relish; Brick-Oven Apple Pannekoeken ($10) made with egg batter, fresh apples, and Minnesota maple syrup; and Minnesota Back Bacon, house cured, pecan apple wood smoked pork loin served as a side ($5) or with organic eggs for breakfast ($11). For a bit of decadence the Nutella Panini ($7) is made with banana, strawberries, ricotta, spiced hazelnuts, and a buttery croissant.
