Timberwolves Sell Out Club Cambria Seating and Premium Loge Boxes for 2012-13 Season
SALES UPDATE: On the heels of a record-breaking Week One that saw the Wolves sell over 500 new season ticket memberships, Week Two of the Minnesota Timberwolves "Everyone's Talking About the Timberwolves" season ticket membership campaign resulted in sellouts of both the Club Cambria Seating and the Premium Loge Boxes for the 2012-13 season. The Wolves' Club Cambria Seating, located at the Executive Level of Target Center, is a contemporary lounge area designed for companies to host their top clients, prospects, vendors, executives, family and friends in an intimate environment. First created for the 2010-11 season, the Premium Loge Boxes sit in sections 104, 138, 124 and 118 and combine the proximity to the action of courtside seats with the all-inclusive experience of Club Cambria. These seats feature in-seat wait service with complimentary food and beverage, parking, and a private television and stats monitor. Both the Club Cambria Seating and Premium Loge Boxes now have a waiting list in which existing season ticket members will have first opportunity to upgrade.
In addition the Wolves have added 200 new members to the pack for a total of 700 in the first two weeks of the campaign. Coming into this year the Wolves were one of five NBA teams to sell 2,000+ new full season tickets in each of the last two seasons. The campaign is focused on new season ticket membership sales, with the creative of the campaign highlighting the tweets, posts and mentions the Wolves have generated from users in the Twin Cities market. The campaign's ad buys, which began to run last week, include: television, traditional and over the air radio, digital outdoor, skyway signage, bus sides, transit stop posters and newspaper. Additionally, the campaign is being highlighted throughout Wolves television and radio broadcasts as well as on timberwolves.com.
RENEWAL UPDATE: The Wolves, who currently have their largest season ticket membership holder base since the 2005-06 season with over 8,000 full season pack members, have already renewed at 93 percent for next season. It's the first time the Wolves have surpassed the 90 percent renewal mark since the 2004-05 season.
Each week the Timberwolves will provide a brief update on the "Everyone's Talking About the Timberwolves" campaign.
