Timberwolves Launch New Merchandise and Ticket Packages for 2014-15 Season

Minneapolis/St. Paul On the heels of acquiring Andrew Wiggins, Anthony Bennett and Thaddeus Young, the Minnesota Timberwolves are helping fans gear up for the upcoming 2014-15 NBA season with new merchandise, ticket packages and opportunities to meet the new players.

Fans have the first opportunity to own a new Wiggins, Bennett or Young jersey when they go on sale Wednesday, Aug. 27 at the Timberwolves booth located in the Fan Center building at the Minnesota State Fair. Also, starting today fans who purchase one of the teams limited number of new half season packages or a season membership will receive an invite to meet the new players during an exclusive event on Tuesday.

The half season packages include 20 home games and offer significant discounts over individual game prices and additional benefits including free tickets to the home opener on October 30, 10 percent off merchandise in the Timberwolves ProShop and invitations to year-round Gold member events. Fans who purchase a half season package also receive priority to purchase tickets to the Wolves vs. Cavaliers game on January 31.

A limited number of lower level full-season memberships are also currently available now for as low as $25 per game.

Fans can check out available seats for the 2014-15 season by attending the Timberwolves Open House at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 26 at Target Center. The free event is open to the public, but attendees need to RSVP at timberwolves.com/openhouse to secure their complimentary tickets for entry. Fans who purchase a half season package or full season membership between now and the open house are able to attend an exclusive meet and greet with Wiggins, Bennett, Young and Zach LaVine during Tuesdays event.
