Timberwolves & FOX Sports North Team Up to Host Broadcast Auction on Feb. 2

Auction Proceeds Benefit Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation

Minneapolis/St. Paul The Minnesota Timberwolves and FOX Sports North are partnering to hold their 2^nd annual broadcast auction benefitting the Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation. On Monday, Feb. 2, fans will have the opportunity to bid on one-of-a-kind Wolves experiences starting at 9 a.m. until the end of the Wolves vs. Dallas telecast on FOX Sports North that evening.

Bids can be placed by calling 612-673-1275. Early bidding runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Phone lines open again at 6:30 p.m. with the start of the FOX Sports North pregame show and will close at the conclusion of the postgame show. Bid updates will be available on timberwolves.com/auction and throughout the telecast of the Wolves game, which tips shortly after 7 p.m. The Timberwolves Dancers will be answering the telephones and taking bids during the game.

Items up for bid include:

- Ultimate Fan Package Experience for four. Includes access to courtside pre-game warm ups, a meet-and-greet with select players, tour of the Timberwolves locker room and team facilities, pre-game meal in the media dining area, courtside seats, tour of the TV production truck, meet-and-greet with FOX Sports North announcers Dave Benz and Jim Petersen, one autographed game jersey and access to the post-game press conference with Head Coach Flip Saunders. Starting bid: $1,500.

- Road Trip with the Wolves Trip for two to Chicago on February 26-27. Includes round-trip flight on the team charter to Chicago, luxury accommodations at the team hotel, dinner and tickets to the Wolves at Bulls game on Feb. 27. Starting bid: $1,000.

- Pizza Party and Youth Team Practice with Player Timberwolves player will attend a youth basketball practice and offer tips and instructions. The player will then host a pizza party for the team after practice. Starting bid: $500.

Each item has a buyout option that gives bidders an opportunity to purchase and secure the package. Auction items and details are available at www.timberwolves.com/auction.

Individual donations to the FastBreak Foundation will also be accepted during the auction. Fans who donate $79 or more will receive an autographed print featuring Andrew Wiggins and Zach LaVine. There are only 100 of these limited edition prints available.

During the evening, FOX Sports North will also highlight the FastBreak Foundations year-round outreach by featuring interviews from individuals and organizations it has directly impacted.
