Timberwolves Announce Radio Broadcast Schedule for 2014-15 Season

All Regular Season Games to be Broadcast on News Radio 830 WCCO-AM; Spanish Radio to Broadcast 15 Games

Minneapolis/St. Paul The Minnesota Timberwolves today announced the teams radio broadcast schedule for the 2014-15 NBA season. All 82 regular season games can be heard on News Radio 830 WCCO-AM, while La Mera Buena 107.5 and La Neta 95.9 will carry 15 games.

This is the Wolves fourth season on their flagship station, News Radio 830 WCCO-AM. Alan Horton returns for his eighth season as the Wolves play-by-play announcer. Horton will team up with studio host John Focke to produce 30-minute pre- and post-game shows that will be featured on-air and streamed online at www.wcco.com for every game.

For the 12th season, the Wolves will offer Spanish-language broadcasts, which can be found on La Mera Buena FM 107.5 and La Neta FM 95.9. Play-by-play announcer Alfonso Fernandez returns for his 10th season of calling the Spanish-language broadcasts for the Wolves.

Wolves games can also be heard on radio stations throughout the upper Midwest through the Timberwolves partnership with Minnesota News Network (MNN). The networks 28 affiliates that broadcast Wolves games reach listeners in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. MNN has served as the Wolves radio network provider since the teams inaugural 1989-90 season. A list of MNN affiliates that broadcast Wolves games is available at Timberwolves.com.
