ROCK AND ROCKETS RETURNS TO MYSTIC LAKE
ON JULY 4 FEATURING FIREWORKS, FOOD TRUCKS
AND LIVE MUSIC
PRIOR LAKE – MAY 2, 2017 – Mystic Lake’s Rock and Rockets Fourth of July Celebration returns this year with a spectacular fireworks display. The free all-ages event will take place outside Mystic Lake beginning at 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 4, and will feature live music and food trucks.
A variety of delicious fare will be available from food trucks and tents including Ben and Jerry’s, Cookies and More, Da’Lemon, FunFare Global Street Eats, Indio Beanz, Outlaw Grille, Pharaoh’s Gyros and R.A. Mac Sammy’s.
Pop Rocks and Step Rockets will perform on the outdoor stage. Following the fireworks, the indoor after party goes until 1 a.m. with live music by Nightlights.
Guests are invited to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets to the event, which will conclude with fireworks beginning at 10 p.m. The event will take place, rain or shine, in the parking area between Mystic Lake and Little Six Casino. Coolers, picnic baskets, umbrellas and outside food and beverages will not be allowed, but a variety of food and drinks will be available for purchase. Admission: Free all-ages event. Guests must be 18+ or accompanied by parent or legal guardian to attend this event. Guests must be 18 to gamble and 21 to purchase or consume alcohol.
