FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar at Radisson Blu Mall of America invites diners to revel in the red-carpet magic of The Academy Awards at an Oscars Viewing Party on Sunday, February 22, 2015. The evening will feature an Oscar worthy Cocktail Menu inspired by each Best Motion Picture nominee, available from 5 p.m. 11 p.m. As part of the fun, patrons are invited to complete their own ballot for a chance to win one of several prizes. First prize will receive a free one night stay in a superior room at Radisson Blu Mall of America; second prize will receive a $50 gift card to FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar; and third prize will receive a bottle of Aviv Vodka.
Oscar Night: Best Motion Picture Nominee Cocktail Menu
American Sniper ($10) features Southern Comfort, Evan Williams, Amaretto, and is topped with Lemonade.
Birdman ($10) is comprised of Wild Turkey, Jack Daniels, sour mix, and is topped with Red Bull.
True to the movies namesake, the non-alcoholic Boyhood ($6) cocktail is suited for any age and is made with ginger beer, grenadine, and orange juice, and is topped with a cherry.
The Grand Budapest Hotel ($10) is a mix of Grand Marnier, Radisson Blu Woodford Reserve, Roses Lime, and a splash of sweet vermouth, garnished with a lime.
The Imitation Game ($10) is a combination of Midori and sour mix that is shaken and poured over ice with Chambord on the bottom of the glass and Jägermeister floating on top of the glass.
Selma ($10) is Southern Comfort, amaretto, Peach Schnapps, sloe gin, and grenadine, topped with a cherry.
Theory of Everything ($10) is a bit of everything! This well-rounded cocktail is a combination of Absolut Hibiscus, Absolut Peach, Absolut Mandarin, Absolut Citron, Absolut, Mango, Absolut Razz, Absolut Vanilla, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lemonade topped with an edible hibiscus flower, of course!
Whiplash ($10) combines E&J Brandy with sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, and triple sec.
