Minneapolis, Minn., January 24, 2014. James Beard Award-winner Tim McKees primacy in the states culinary pantheon is well established, but not even Minnesotas resident super-chef can cook for 3,000 people on his own.
Thats why he has assembled a team of PARASOLE all-stars to help him represent Minnesota at the Taste of the NFLs 23rd annual Party with a Purpose® fundraiser to combat hunger in America, taking place on February 1, 2014 at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal Pier 12, New York.
The PARASOLE delegation will consist of:

Chefs from other NFL cities will participate as well, so were only responsible for one dish albeit 3,000 of them, says McKee. The PARASOLE team will serve their version of Veal Oscar, a fine dining classic featuring sautéed veal, topped with crabmeat and a truffled Hollandaise.
Taste of the NFL was founded by Minneapolis restaurateur Wayne Kostroski in 1992 when Minnesota hosted Super Bowl XXVI. Created to raise awareness and funds for hunger relief in America, the organization is known for its annual premier Super Bowl party pairing renowned chefs from each NFL market with current, alumni and Hall of Fame players.
