MINNEAPOLIS (August 8, 2017) – Northern Vogue, a new fashion show in Minneapolis will take place on Sunday, Sept. 10 at W Minneapolis - The Foshay during Fashion Week MN. The event will gather local designers and reveal the Minneapolis debut of Fantasme, by emerging designer troupe Sara Goldfine of Goldfine Jewelry, Lindsey Higgins of Lindsey Kate Co and by Niche, and Jeannine Cavallo of J. Cavallo.

Northern Vogue will partner with Dress for Success Twin Cities and five of their program graduates to share inspiring stories during the runway show. The exhibition will also feature Fall/Winter 2017 collections by Twin Cities designers House of Gina Marie, GrassMark Menswear, and Winsome Goods.

The extravagant, 300-foot long, two-tier runway, which will be Minneapolis’ longest this season, will exhibit high-caliber original local fashion designs and allow attendees to meet the designers after the show to learn more about their process and purchase items directly from the runway.

Fantasme Collection, slated to debut at New York Fashion Week in early September will exhibit for the first time in Minneapolis at Northern Vogue. Three local fashion industry talents—Jeannine Cavallo, fashion designer trained by master embroiderers from the prestigious Lesage school in Paris, established modern jewelry designer Sara Goldfine, and fashion voice and marketing expert Lindsey Higgins—partnered to produce the collection. It will include 8-10 original looks with apparel, accessories, and jewelry. The pieces combine European textiles, impeccable tailoring, and a variety of whimsical embellishments. Fantasme celebrates audacious femininity.

“We’re excited to offer a nontraditional approach to the runway show. After the show takes place, all the designers will display their collections so attendees can immediately shop the look first-hand and on-site after the show. Limited main-level standing room will be available and free to the public. The Living Room at W Minneapolis will offer limited, exclusive main-level lounge seating bottle service with for companies and private groups of 6-12. VIP Social hour to begin at 6pm, runway show at 7pm, and the Shop-the-Runway Designer Meet & Greet will follow immediately after the show. Generation Now’s DJ Dudley D, former Prince Tour DJ, will provide music for the evening.
