Mystic Lake kicks off full summer event schedule
Hot Summer Fun began Monday with Dodge Charger drawing
Prior Lake, Minn. Last weekend, Mystic Lake Casino Hotel kicked off Hot Summer Fun a calendar of outdoor and indoor events, promotions, and millions of dollars in cash and prize giveaways between Memorial Day and Labor Day, 2015. Lynette of Minneapolis, who drove home in a brand new 2015 Dodge Charger on Monday, was Hot Summer Funs first big winner. The summer will culminate with a drawing for a $110,000 RV on Labor Day.
Every day from now through Labor Day, eligible guests can register for a chance to win prizes, take advantage of summer promotions, and enjoy a wide array of events and entertainment. Major outdoor events include:
Rock and Rockets July 4 Festival, featuring the Beach Boys
This summer holiday bash returns to Mystic Lake! The Rock and Rockets July 4 Celebration is a free all-ages event featuring live music, food trucks, and a spectacular musically-choreographed fireworks show. On the same night, The Beach Boys will perform their surf-rock classics on the Mystic Lake lawn, with general admission tickets starting at $32.
The Great Midwest Rib Fest: July 24-26
The nations top rib cookers will gather at Mystic Lake for the second consecutive year to cook tens of thousands of pounds of ribs and compete for barbeque enthusiasts endorsement (and top prize). This free all-ages event also includes live music and entertainment.
Northern Thunder: August 21-23
The second annual Northern Thunder Motorcycle Rally will feature a charity ride, free outdoor concerts by the Fabulous Thunderbirds and Blue Oyster Cult, celebrity appearances including Erik Estrada from CHiPs, hot rods, and a Vendor Village showcasing a wide variety of bike and lifestyle merchandise. Ride on over for a chance to win a brand new bike.
