Mystic Lake to host dinner inspired by Chef Charlie Trotter

ADDITIONAL MYSTIC STEAKHOUSE DINNER PAIRING DATES ANNOUNCED
PRIOR LAKE February 3, 2014 Mystic Steakhouse at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is offering several new dining events aimed at thoughtfully pairing unique and creative dishes with the ideal beverage to compliment the meal. Each pairing menu is curated by Executive Chef Richard Fisher, Executive Pastry Chef Marshall Rosenthal, and Executive Sous Chef Corey Martin.
On Tuesday, February 11, Mystic Steakhouse is teaming up with Chateau Ste. Michelle for a six-course wine pairing dinner. The evenings menu is inspired by the renowned cuisine of Chicago Chef Charlie Trotter. This gourmet meal marks the third in a series of wine and beer pairing dinners at the steakhouse. A special Jameson tasting featuring Jameson Triple Distilled Irish Whiskey, Jameson Black Barrel, Jameson 12 Year Old Special Reserve and Jameson Gold Reserve will take place on Tuesday, March 4 in the Mystic Steakhouse. Jillian Prior, Brand Ambassador for Jameson, will travel from Ireland to speak at the event. Heavy appetizers and a cash bar featuring a specialty Jameson cocktail menu will be available.
