MYSTIC LAKE ANNOUNCES NEW BUFFET SPECIALTIES

PRIOR LAKE February 12, 2014 ­ Minnesotas favorite buffet at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel announces several new features including two weekly events: Friday Fish Fry and Steak and Sunday Champagne Brunch with bottomless champagne and mimosas.

New Friday night highlights include fresh Atlantic cod, Great Lakes smelt, a signature New England clam chowder and carved New York strip. Sunday brunch highlights include complimentary bottomless champagne and mimosas, made-to-order omelets and a Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary bar with a wide array of garnishes. A new paging and text message system will be implemented, shortening the wait on busy nights and holidays.

Were very excited to take The Buffet to the next level and be more trend-forward, said Executive Chef Richard Fisher. We have chefs from around the world helping us create recipes and signature dishes that are unmatched by any other buffet in the Midwest.

Whats not changing is The Buffets dedication to fresh, quality food. Meats are carved in-house at a custom butcher shop and an Italian chef creates authentic house-made pasta noodles. Desserts are made from scratch and artisanal breads are baked on site.
