MNUFC MEDIA SCHEDULE FEBRUARY 26 - MARCH 4
GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. (February 26, 2018) -- After wrapping up participation in the Carolina Challenge Cup with a 2-0 defeat against Columbus Crew SC this past Saturday, Minnesota United eyes the start of its second season in Major League Soccer this week, with a match at San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday, March 3 at 9:30 p.m. CT. The game will be broadcast on FOX Sports North (TV).
The Loons' offseason has seen a number of new arrivals, including the recent acquisition of 22-year-old Brazilian defensive midfielder Luiz Fernando on loan from Fluminense FC, in addition to Allianz Field development, a new TV partnership and much, much more.

All credential applications must be submitted and received by 5 p.m. CT on March 1, 2018. No season credential applications will be accepted after that deadline.

*Media planning on attending training please check in with MNUFC Communications to confirm training field locations.
Media will be allowed to photograph/film training sessions for a minimum of 15 minutes either at the beginning or end of training. MNUFC reserves the right to close a training session at any time. All players and coaches will be made available for interviews prior to or following each training session.

Carolina Cup Challenge wrap | MNUFC completed its participation in the CCC with a 1-1 draw against Atlanta United on Wednesday, which included a converted penalty from Kevin Molino and superb goalkeeping from Lampson, and a 2-0 loss to Columbus Crew SC on Saturday.

Media members looking to receive a credential to cover all MNUFC home matches in 2018 can submit an application online here. All credential applications must be submitted and received by 5 p.m. CT on March 1, 2018. No season credential applications will be accepted after that deadline.
