MEA FALL ON THE FARM
GALE WOODS FARM
Enjoy an activity-packed fall day meeting farm animals, making a farm-fresh snack, and creating a wool keepsake to take home. On Thursday, October 17, or Friday, October 18, from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., at Gale Woods Farm, Minnetrista, Lowry Nature Center staff will guide hikes on our trails to learn about insects and introduce you to a live raptor! Come for an hour or stay the whole day! Program is designed for kindergarten-aged children and older. There will be a break in programming from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for lunch.
Cost is $6 and reservations are required for groups of six or more. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Groups are asked to call Gale Woods at 763-694-2001. This program is for ages 5+.
