Santas Arrival Ceremony
The holiday season officially kicks off at Mall of America with Santa's Arrival Ceremony. Santa will be greeted in grand holiday style with fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies and special performances by the Teddy Bear Band, penguins from Penguins of Madagascar, Sleigh Belle Dancers and the Minnesota Dance Collaborative.

Toddler Tuesday: Tessa Dancercise Kids
Guests are invited to get up and get moving with Tessa of Dancercise Kids® whose mission is to help children build strong minds and happy hearts.

World Diabetes Week Awareness Event
Novo Nordisk, JDRF, the American Diabetes Association and other community health professionals will join together to heighten awareness around a disease that will affect 1 in 3 American adults by the year 2050 and millions of children worldwide. Guests will have a chance to meet an Indy race car driver, a celebrity chef from the food network and a professional bicyclist. Finally, guests can lace up for diabetes in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest group of people lacing up their shoes at one time.

Beyond Belief Walk for Peace
People of all spiritual and non-spiritual traditions will unite for a 1.5 mile walk celebrating peace beyond the constraints of differences. This year's speakers will be Piero Falci, creator of the global phenomenon "Silent Peace Walk"; Shah Haq, peace and equality advocate; Lynda Austin, spiritual guide; and Mary Margaret Fay, world renowned yoga teacher.

Holidays of Thanksgiving: Around the World Exhibition
The Mall Area Religious Council presents the 22nd annual Holidays of Thanksgiving: Around the World Exhibition featuring music, dance, and chant celebrating both the diversity and similarities among our worlds religions. Beyond Belief Walk for Peace will immediately precede the event.
