Love is in the Air at MNHS Historic Sites This Valentine’s Day
MNHS historic sites and museums are offering several Valentine’s Day events to add some history to the holiday.
Couples can schedule a date night to dance the night away at North West Company Fur Post’s Queen Charlotte’s Birthday Ball on February 11 or enjoy an evening of poetry at Victorian Poetry Slam at James J. Hill House on February 14. Families can delve into Valentine’s Day history through collections items, art activities, games and more on February 26’s Wow! Family Sunday at the Minnesota History Center.

The Minnesota History Center museum stores also have unique Minnesota-made gifts for loved ones and currently offers a 10 percent discount on jewelry and chocolate through February 14.
