Launch of the Ice Bar at Marin on Dec 18
MINNEAPOLIS (December 17, 2015)—Due to popular demand, Marin Restaurant & Bar, located at Le Meridien Chambers in downtown Minneapolis, launches the Ice Bar at Marin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on December 18, 2015 at 5 p.m. Located on the restaurant’s outdoor courtyard, the Ice Bar at Marin, sponsored by Absolut, features a dedicated seasonal cocktail menu, fire pit, heated cabanas, carved ice tables, and plenty of spots for stone cold photo opps.
Constructed by Twin Cities-based Minnesota Ice Sculptures and created with water from the nearby Mississippi River, The Ice Bar at Marin features a list of new hot and cold cocktails, perfect for cold-weather sipping, such as Hot Spiked Cider, Irish Coffee, and the Swedish Pear Martini with Absolut vodka, St. Germaine, and lemon. Ice Bar guests may also order dishes by request from the Marin menu by Executive Chef Mike Rakun to enjoy outside by the fire pit under furry blankets.
