John E. Luke Named General Manager of the Year by Minnesota Lodging Association

MINNEAPOLIS January 5, 2015 John E. Luke, general manager of Hilton Minneapolis, has been honored with the 2014 General Manager of the Year awarded by Minnesota Lodging Association.

Im honored to be recognized by my industry colleagues said John Luke, general manager, Hilton Minneapolis. My commitment to the hospitality community begins with the Hilton team members and supporting their passions, and spans to giving back to the community and supporting industry relations.

Under John Lukes direction, Hilton Minneapolis is actively involved with YouthLink, Twin Cities Rise, Feed My Starving Children, American Heart Association, MN Council of Churches, American Indian OIC, American Cancer Society and Clare Housing Partners in Aids Care. Further, Luke serves on the Board of Directors for MN Viking pro-bowler Chad Greenways Foundation, whose primary focus is to help families with critically ill children.

He also gives back to the meetings industry; John Luke represents the following organizations:
