It’s a Malibu Winter in Minneapolis
Minneapolis (Jan. 20, 2016) – It’s winter in Minnesota. That means outdoor adventures and cozy outings filled with culture and cuisine. From skiing and snowboarding to seasonal cuisine and special winter events, Minneapolis will never disappoint. The beginning of the year also means it’s time for the 4th annual Minneapolis Sweepstakes! Now through March 12th, Meet Minneapolis will be giving away exclusive Minneapolis getaway experiences, a Malibu Paddle Board from Silvercreek Paddle Company and finally a two-year lease for a brand new 2016 Chevy Malibu Hybrid!

Enter the Chevy Malibu Hybrid Sweepstakes for your chance to commute with ease and luxury to your next adventure! To express how much we appreciate the Midwestern spirit, we are giving the public a chance to win a two-year lease for an energy-efficient 2016 Chevy Malibu Hybrid, donated by Select Heartland Chevy Dealers. The popular Chevy Malibu Hybrid is currently on display at the Minneapolis Convention Center on the first floor lobby near the Ballroom.
In addition to the grand prize Chevy Malibu Hybrid, the online sweepstakes features prize packages that will be awarded in the weeks leading up to March 12th.
- Jan. 25: One-night stay at Loews Minneapolis, a $50 gift card for Freehouse and a glass-blowing class for up to 10 people at FOCI MN Center for Glass Arts
- Feb. 8: One-night stay at Loews Minneapolis, a $50 gift card for Freehouse and four tickets to Ani DiFranco at First Avenue on Sunday, April 10
- Feb. 15: Red Bull Crashed Ice VIP Package for two for Sunday, Feb. 27, 2016
- Feb. 22: One-night stay at Loews Minneapolis, a $50 gift card for Freehouse and four tickets to Ani DiFranco at First Avenue on Sunday, April 10
- Feb. 29: One-night stay at Loews Minneapolis, a $50 gift card for Freehouse and a Silvercreek Paddle Company Malibu Paddle Board (currently on display at Minneapolis Visitor Information on Nicollet at 5th Street)
- March 12: A two-year lease on a 2016 Chevy Malibu Hybrid (currently on display at the Minneapolis Convention Center) – must be present to win
Ten grand prize finalists will be randomly selected from submissions collected through 11:59 P.M. CDT, March 1st, 2016. A drawing will be held on the morning of March 12th at the Twin Cities Auto Show, hosted by the Minneapolis Convention Center. The winner will be awarded on the Auto Show floor and drive away with their Chevy Malibu two-year lease!
Entrants must be legal residents of Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, or North and South Dakota. Online entrants may submit one entry per day. No purchase necessary to enter!
