MINNEAPOLIS (February 27, 2014) FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Downtown (31 S 7th St., Minneapolis) is teaming up with one of Minneapolis most exciting new craft breweries, Insight Brewing Company, for an exclusive Beer Makers Dinner on March 31, 2015. This is the first Beer Makers Dinner for Insight Brewing Company, which opened last November.

This one-night only collaboration dinner allows residents of the Twin Cities and beyond to enjoy unparalleled flavors of Minnesota. Insight Brewing Company is bringing the best of the worlds beer to Minnesota with globally inspired beer made with Minnesota grown ingredients, whenever possible. Brewer Ilan Klages-Mundt spent time learning from brewers in England, Japan, and Denmark before returning home to found Insight Brewing Company. He applies his training from around the world to create a variety of beer styles that are distinctive and delicious.

Executive Chef Jim Kyndberg, FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Downtown, known for his uncanny ability to create food with a taste of place, has created a special five-course menu for the Beer Makers Dinner. Each course is expertly paired with a different style of beer from Insight Brewing Company that perfectly balances the food with the drink highlighting the flavors and complexities of each beer.
