Florence + The Machine Coming to Xcel Energy Center
SAINT PAUL, Minn. - Following a gigantic 2015, which saw the release of their first U.S. No. 1 album, "How Big How Blue How Beautiful" (Republic Records), Florence + The Machine will embark on their "How Beautiful" tour of North America this spring. Dates include Brooklyn's Barclays Center June 14, Chicago's Hollywood Casino Amphitheater June 12, Boston's Xfinity Center June 7, Saint Paul's Xcel Energy Center June 2 and many more. The tour kicks off May 13 in Miami. American Express Card Members can purchase tickets in select markets before the general public beginning Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 10 a.m. local time through Friday, Jan. 15 at 10 p.m. local time. Tickets go on sale to the public Saturday, Jan. 16 at 10 a.m. local time.
Florence + the Machine are nominated for five awards at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards: Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for "Ship to Wreck," Best Rock Song and Best Rock Performance for "What Kind Of Man" and Best Pop Vocal Album for "How Big How Blue How Beautiful." "How Big How Blue How Beautiful" is also nominated for Best Recording Packaging.
Released to extensive critical acclaim and named to best of lists from Rolling Stone, NPR Music, SPIN, American Songwriter, Consequence of Sound and more, the album landed Welch bookings on "Saturday Night Live," "Good Morning America," "Ellen," "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" and "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert."

Produced by Markus Dravs (Björk, Arcade Fire, Coldplay) with contributions from Kid Harpoon, Paul Epworth, John Hill and James Ford, the album follows Florence's globally acclaimed Lungs (2009) and Ceremonials (2011).
