Indie rapper Hoodie Allen is headed back out on the road to promote his new record The Hype. His first single “Sushi” is available to stream now, and the record will be released this fall. Catch him at First Avenue on Sunday, October 15—the show is all ages and tickets are on sale Thursday, August 31 at noon.

Illustrious local party-producer TIIIIIIIIIIP is throwing an end-of-summer bash, Lip Gloss-2000’s Dance Party on Saturday, September 9 at First Avenue. Look for a slew of special guests to be announced shortly. Tickets are on sale now.

89.3 The Current hosts Josh Ritter at their next #MicroShow in the Clown Lounge at the Turf Club on Saturday, September 23. Note that tickets are not for sale for this event, as you can only gain entry via The Current giveaway.
