Surly Brewing and First Avenue announced the +1 Golden Ale collaboration last week, announcing the beer will first be available at three launch shows. Try +1 Golden Ale at Sick Of It All in the 7th St Entry on March 22, The Black Angels with Black Lips in the Mainroom on March 23, and The Last Revel at the Turf Club on March 24.

Japanese Breakfast come to the Fine Line on September 18. With shows supporting incredible artists in the Twin Cities over the past two years—from Mitski, to Porches, Slowdive and more—the band returns to headline this fall. Tickets are on sale Friday, March 9 at 10:00 a.m.

The Revival Music Festival Pre-Party in the First Avenue Mainroom this Saturday, March 10 features Kind Country with live performance standards that are known for high levels of improvisation and energy. Useful Jenkins co-headlines, adding a contemporary acoustic sound with bluegrass foundations. Al Oikari (of The Big Wu) will be “special artist at large”, sitting in on multiple sets.
