FIRELAKE GRILL HOUSE & COCKTAIL BAR ANNOUNCES FESTIVE MLB ALL-STAR GAME SPECIALS

WHAT:

In celebration of the MLB All Star Game in Minneapolis, FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar announces unique offerings to commemorate the event. Located a few blocks from Target Field, the restaurant will serve as an ideal stopping place on the way to the field with food offerings and extended hours on Monday, July 14^th and Tuesday, July 15^th. Rounding out the celebration will be a party on the outside entrance to the restaurant from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday the 15^th, where all-American culinary specials will be offered leading up to the big game.

MENU:

National Dog, bacon wrapped with pepper jack cheese and crispy onions; All Star Burger with white cheddar, fried pickles, smoky ketchup, lettuce, tomato and red onion on a Hereford Beef patty; Smoked Pork Ribs with house made BBQ sauce and zucchini pickles; Grilled Chicken Wings with spicy apricot poblano glaze and the American Dog, featuring fixins of your choice. Late-night menu will be comprised of Grilled Polenta ($10) with sautéed Gulf shrimp, spinach, tomato and Meyer lemon butter sauce; Smoked Salmon Rillette ($9) on rye toast points with parsley caper salad and Blue Ox Burger ($15) made with Peterson Farms Limousin beef stuffed with AmaBlu cheese, bacon marmalade and ox tail ragu. Complementing the delectable bites will be a variety of craft beers and cocktails.
