MINNEAPOLIS (April 27, 2016) – FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Mall of America (2100 Killebrew Drive, Bloomington) celebrates the famous 1976 wine competition that changed the wine world with a one-night only reception on Wednesday, May 25 from 6 - 8 p.m.
The famous blind tasting held in France that compared top quality wines from both California and France named California the winner to the great surprise of the French and the wine industry. These California wines from Stags Leap Wine Cellars and Chateau Montelena are showcased at FireLake alongside the local Minnesota flavors from the restaurant.
Executive Chef Dinesh Jayawardena has created a tasting menu showcasing the best of Minnesota cuisine paired with the signature wines from the Judgement of Paris competition.
