Third Annual Wild Game Dinner with Minnesota Bound
On Wednesday, November 2 FireLake Minneapolis Downtown and Executive Chef Jim Kyndberg team up with Minneapolis’s favorite father daughter duo that bring you Minnesota Bound for the third annual Wild Game Dinner starting at 6:00 p.m. The 5-course dinner which includes wine pairings, begins with appetizers including Duck Wontons, Bacon wrapped Quail Legs, and Lefse Rolls with walleye and preserved lemon. The menu includes Rabbit Ravioli with melted leek fondue; Pan Seared Duck Breast with barley and butternut squash risotto, and pomegranate reduction; Braised Venison Cheek with wild cheddar grits, and Brussels sprouts; and a Rustic Apple Tart with wild fennel pollen ice cream and smoked caramel. Movember Mustache Month: Drink for a Cause
Starting Tuesday, November 1 through Wednesday, November 30 both FireLake Minneapolis Downtown and Mall of America locations will offer a special Movember cocktail, the Movember Maple with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Sortilege Maple Whiskey, and simple syrup stirred and served on the rocks. For every Movember Maple sold, 10% of proceeds going towards the Movember Foundation.

Mall of America Restaurant Week at FireLake
Starting Sunday, October 30 through Saturday, November 5 FireLake will participate in Mall of America Restaurant Week, offering a special menu for both lunch and dinner. Lunch offerings include Chicken and Minnesota Wild Rice Soup, Minnesota or Gathered Greens Salad, and Reuben, Pulled Chicken, or Club Sandwiches with a cookie for dessert. For dinner, guests can enjoy a 3-course meal with options including Grilled Salmon, Rotisserie Chicken, and Heirloom Corn Crusted Walleye. Lunch is offered at $15 and dinner is available for $30.

Paints and Pours Led by Wine & Canvas
On Tuesday, November 1 at 6:30 p.m., FireLake Mall of America hosts an interactive experience for guests to explore their artistic talents while sipping and savoring wines, hosted by Wine & Canvas. Kicking off Mall of America’s Culinary Fest painting series, attendees can enjoy wine pours while painting a classic wine piece as the artists will guide the group through the ‘For the Love of Wine’ composition. Jagermeister Tasting Reception
Kick off the start of the weekend with FireLake’s Jagermeister Tasting Reception on Friday, November 18 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.Guests will be invited to explore several different varieties of Jagermeister paired with complementary dishes designed to enhance the herbaceous notes blended into the digestive.
