MINNEAPOLIS (October 13, 2015) – FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Minneapolis Downtown (31 S 7th St) teams up with Minneapolis’s favorite outdoor father and daughter duo that bring you Minnesota Bound for a Wild Game Dinner on Friday, October 30.
For the second annual feast, FireLake’s Executive Chef Jim Kyndberg has created a six course menu showcasing Minnesota favorite wild meats full of local and creative flavor combinations. Dishes include Caribou Corn Dogs, Rabbit and Foie Gras Meatballs, and more.
The dinner with Minnesota Bound’s Laura Schara begins with a reception at 6 p.m. and dinner to follow at 6:30 p.m.
