Famous Dave Anderson to visit Mall of America^® for a cookbook signing and BBQ tips

WHAT: Mall of America^® guests will have the opportunity to meet Famous Dave Anderson at a signing for his new cookbook Famous Daves Barbecue Party Cookbook on Saturday, June 15 in the Rotunda.

Famous Daves Barbecue Party Cookbook offers step-by-step directions and full-color photos to show even the most amateur barbecue party host how to make the most tender as a mothers love, juicy, fall-off-the-bone ribs. Anderson reveals his secret ingredients and details about barbecuing including how to jack up your barbecue sauce.

Dave Anderson became Famous with his popular neighborhood backyard barbecues. His legend grew in 1994 after he opened up his first barbecue joint in Hayward, Wis. It wasnt long before Anderson was serving up to 5,000 people in a week. Now, more than 180 Famous Dave restaurants later, the legendary restaurant is recognized as one of Americas most beloved family restaurants.
