The Excelsior Farmers Market has Another Winter Home

The Excelsior Farmers Market and the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum are teaming up for an indoor winter market. The goal of the market is to keep it local this winter. All goods that will be sold are locally produced including meats, cheeses, honey, coffee, baked goods, soaps, jewelry and more.

The market will be located in the MacMillan Auditorium inside of the Oswald Visitor Center on Saturdays from 10am 1pm on these dates:

? November 29th

? January 3rd

? February 14th

The owner of Sweetwater Roasters coffee, one of our market vendors, stated that this market opens up many opportunities for our business because of the community it serves. We will be able to offer our product to a much larger demographic because the Arboretums visitors come not just from the metro area but from greater Minnesota also! Im excited to see how well our coffee is received by the diverse community the Arboretum serves!

The Excelsior Winter Farmers Market coincides with the kickoff of the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum's Making Spirits Bright festivities. The festivities include a breath-taking live Poinsettia Tree and other decorated fir trees inside the Oswald Visitor Center plus live holiday music!

The Arboretum is located in Chanhassen, MN which is near Hwy. 41 and 9 miles west of Interstate 494. During winter, visitors can enjoy 8 miles of cross-country ski trails and 8 miles of snowshoe trails
