You betcha, Minnesota may be cold, but uffdah! The Minnesota Room opening FRIDAY will be hotter than hell.
Friends and guests from near and far:
Whether you've visited Hell's Kitchen once for a convention or many times over the year, whether you're from Jasper or Japan, we hope you'll be intrigued by the story of two chefs and a crazy Puerto Rican woman who've survived this brutal industry in spite of themselves.
We're bootstrappers to the core, and damn proud not only to be able to invest $321,000 back into our business to help the Minnesota economy grow, but to also invest in the future of our 146 employees.
Please visit our Minnesota Room, whether in person or online here, to get a glimpse into the quirks and curiosities of Minnesota, as well as a peek into what your support, in person or spirit, has allowed us to do.
In just 45 hours, our Fireplace Room will transform into the new Minnesota Room, which was designed, built, and brought to life by Minnesotans from every corner of our state.
We tapped the talents of Minnesota architects, Minnesota designers, Minnesota woodworkers, Minnesota glass artisans, Minnesota iron workers, Minnesota trades, Minnesota print shops and Minnesota construction crews. Even the curtains that will divide our room for more privacy are being made in Minnesota. And for a personal touch, owners Mitch, Cyn, and daughter Lauryn rocked the fireplace themselves with a trail of gems and minerals donated by folks from around the state.
So come see the room that Minnesota built. Opening Friday, January 16th come hell or high water. For reservations, click HERE.
